Changchai Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest internal-combustion engine manufacturers in China. It is also the first listed company in the national agricultural machinery industry.
In 2007, the two sides completed the project cooperation (phase 1) of the new factory layout design.
Based on the successful cooperation in the early stage and the logistics operation demand of Changchai lean production, the two parties negotiate to start the second phase of cooperation---material handling work flow design, WMS KRD and implementation consulting.
