项目背景：

2011年，普洛斯集团斥巨资参股中国传化集团（60%股比）。

同年，普洛斯集团工程规划与项目管理总部，对爱佳发出合作邀请，
为传化集团与普洛斯集团合作开发的“天津西青公路港”项目，
提供物流园规划、厂区设施规划、物流运作专业设计和建设顾问服务。

In 2012, GLP Group Engineering Department invited Aflux,
design its "Tianjin Xiqing Road Port" project(jointly developed by Transfar Group and GLP Group).
